- To measure and improve website performance and marketing (only where you have opted in to analytics/marketing cookies).
Lawful bases
- Consent: for email marketing (newsletter/waitlist) and for analytics/marketing cookies and similar technologies.
- Legitimate interests: to respond to direct enquiries you send us and to operate our business communications. Where we rely on legitimate interests, we balance our interests against your rights and expectations.

- Enquiries: as long as necessary to respond and for reasonable business records thereafter.
- Analytics/marketing: retention is managed within the relevant vendor settings and/or your browser controls, and only runs after you opt in.
Your rights
You may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal).
To exercise your rights, contact info@blazebalm.com.
If you are in the UK and have concerns, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
